I am  very new to bowls and to the club having joined in April 2017. I retired in 2016 after a wonderful career with Guide Dogs, starting at Leamington in 1987 as an Apprentice instructor, when I retired I was Head of the The National Breeding Centre. Since retiring I have trained as a Counsellor and do some part time work in that capacity. I have always enjoyed watching and playing sport and combined this with my love of dogs competing in Dog Agility and being fortunate enough to win the National Championships and Crufts in the early nineties. I very much look forward to playing bowls in 2022 at our welcoming and friendly club.
