A message from Paul Martin, Tennis Captain

To comply with our current Tennis Section Constitution, I am hereby giving 14 days notice of a Tennis Section Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to vote on a change to our Tennis Section Constitution.  To change the Tennis Section Constitution requires a two-thirds majority of members of the Tennis Section who are eligible to vote and do vote.  I would like to encourage all eligible members to vote.  An eligible member is a fully paid-up member, at least 18 years of age, with the right to play Tennis at Warwick Boat Club.  Temporary members and members under the age of 18 are not eligible to vote.
