The Warwick Boat Club Limited Annual General Meeting will be held on December 7th at the Club at 7:15pm.Please follow the links to the AGM Agenda, the WBC Ltd Annual Report and Accounts documents.
Electing the 2022-2023 General Committee
The roles to be elected are Club Captain, Treasurer, Secretary, Welfare & Membership and Estates. Candidates for Committee positions should be proposed and seconded. Candidates should send their nominations to secretary@warwickboatclub.co.uk. The deadline for candidate nomination is Wednesday November 23rd at 7.15pm. All nominations will then be posted on the Club notice board. Where roles have more than one nomination there will be an election. Arrangements for proxy voting are being made and will encompass both online and paper-based proxy voting options. Voting can take place in advance of the meeting by using the Survey Monkey platform we have used in the past. Voting will open on November 28th and close on December 5th at 7.15pm. Voting will also be possible in person on the night. Only full time sporting members over the age of 18 may vote. All votes will be checked and validated by the appointed election officers for the meeting. The results will be announced at the AGM.
Any Other Business
As part of the formal AGM Agenda, any business to be discussed under item 7, Any Other Business, must be submitted in writing and sent to secretary@warwickboatclub.co.uk. The deadline for submissions is November 30th.
